Supporting people to live great lives

At Affinity Trust, we empower people to lead meaningful lives on their own terms. As a support worker, you will play a key role in promoting independence and building social connections. Your support will make a real difference in their lives.

Who will I support?

You will support 9 people living in their own flats in Leicester, across three floors (Please note, there is no lift). The people we support are independent and have their own unique interests, like gaming, anime, WWE wrestling, gardening, and Disney.

They enjoy activities at home and going out for shopping or appointments. During your shift, you will help different people, encourage their independence, and build good relationships. We are looking for friendly, confident, and bubbly staff with a good sense of humour who can help make each day enjoyable.

How will I make a difference?
