Shift Pattern:
This is a 28-hour-per-week contract with split shifts:
- Morning Shifts: Between 06:00 and 12:30, with varying start and finish times.
- Afternoon Shifts: Between 14:00 and 19:00, also with flexible timing.
- Primary Coverage: Monday to Thursday, with occasional Friday shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Aircraft Passenger and Staff Screening: Ensure thorough and efficient screening processes.
- Interchangeable Roles: Perform duties as an Aviation Pre-Screener, X-Ray Scanner Operator, Person Searcher, Tray/Bag Searcher, and Temporary Critical Part Security.
- Aircraft Searches: Conduct detailed searches to maintain security standards.
- Documentation Checking: Verify and check necessary documents.
- Security Presence: Provide an effective departmental security presence.
- Emergency Response: Attend airfield/site emergencies as per procedures.
- Compliance: Adhere to all DfT and airport regulations while delivering top-notch customer care.
- This role is gender-specific for women in compliance with regulations that require female aviation officers to conduct searches and handle female passengers, ensuring privacy and adherence to cultural norms.
Essential Qualifications:
- Full 5-Year Checkable Work History
- Valid SIA Licence
- British Citizenship or Held British Passport for Minimum 5 Years
- Competency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong Interpersonal and Influencing Skills
- Adaptability and Responsiveness

- Accredited GSO/DNXT Aviation Security Officer
