Female Assistant Support Worker - Fletcher Way

Part-time (22.5 hours) and Full-time (37.5 hours) available

Are you someone who thrives on helping others live more independently and confidently? We are looking for caring and enthusiastic Female Assistant Support Workers to join our friendly team at Fletcher Way , a supported living service in Hemel Hempstead.

In this rewarding role, you will support individuals with learning disabilities in their own homes, helping them with:

• Day-to-day tasks like shopping, cooking, cleaning , and budgeting
• Following personalised support plans and risk assessments
• Promoting independence and supporting each person's goals and aspirations

You'll be part of a dedicated team that values compassion, teamwork, and person-centred care.

About You

No previous experience in care? No problem! We provide a structured induction , comprehensive training , and the opportunity to gain an accredited vocational qualification .

We are looking for people who are:

• Passionate , with a can-do attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference
• Able to communicate effectively and adapt to different needs
• Flexible and reliable, able to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays
