Role Details:
We seek Female Support Workers for a new supported living scheme in Worcester, supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs. Some individuals may display challenging or risky behaviours. You will be supporting their transition to new homes, fostering independence, and sharing your skills with colleagues. You should be calm, positive, observant, and experienced in Positive Behavioural Support strategies.
Requirements:
Must have a FULL UK Driving Licence. Ideally, candidates will have a Level 3 in Social Care and experience in mental health, autism, or forensic settings.
