Location: Portsmouth

Shifts: Days Monday-Friday

Thornbury Community Services, an 'Outstanding' CQC-rated care provider, recruits adult nurses to deliver bespoke care and support to individuals, helping them to stabilize at home, achieve personal goals, learn new hobbies, and enjoy trips into their local community.

We are seeking experienced adult nurses in Portsmouth with UK-based complex care experience to work with a 20-year-old female client with Spinal Muscular Atrophy who enjoys Disney, music, shopping, and fashion. She lives with her parents and pet dog.
