Join the Team at Kitten to Cat Veterinary Clinic– A Feline-Focused Practice with a Passion for Excellence

Kitten to Cat Veterinary Clinic is on the lookout for a dedicated, cat-loving Veterinary Surgeon to join and lead our team. We’re committed to providing the highest standard of care to our feline patients, and we’re seeking someone who shares that passion.

We believe in professional development and are committed to offering ongoing CPD and personal growth. Whether you specialize in surgery, consulting, feline behaviour, nutrition, or senior and chronic patient care, we offer an environment where your skills and knowledge are valued.

If you haven’t considered a cats-only practice before, now’s your chance to find out more!

About Us

At Kitten to Cat, we’re more than just a clinic; we’re a close-knit community of professionals dedicated to exceptional care. As part of the DNA Vetcare family, we have a shared commitment to supporting our team members and ensuring a balanced work life.

This is a sole charge position, ideal for a Certificate Holder in Feline Medicine (or someone working towards it). The role is full-time, 40 hours per week over four days, with a set day off and 1:3 Saturday mornings.

With DNA Vetcare's support, we offer flexibility, a deep understanding of the challenges of the profession, and consistent support so you can thrive in your role. If you're not ready to leave behind the dog world entirely, we can offer the opportunity to combine shifts at one of our local branches, allowing you to enjoy both feline and canine care.

Where We Are

We’re located in Kew, Southwest London, a well-connected area that’s easily accessible by bus, train, or tube. Our location makes it simple for both team members and clients to get here, so you can focus on what you do best—delivering outstanding care to our feline patients.

Who You Are
  • A passionate Veterinary Surgeon with a love for cats
  • A collaborative team player who values the expertise of others
  • A vet who prioritizes the welfare of cats and works to the highest standards
  • Ideally, you have at least three years of experience and hold or are working towards a Certificate in Feline Medicine
What We Offer

At Kitten to Cat, we understand that every cat is unique and requires individualised care. Our approach is thorough and patient, ensuring the highest standard of treatment for each feline patient.

We offer:

  • A competitive salary up to £75,000, depending on experience
  • £2000 CPD allowance with 5 days CPD leave (or Certificate support)
  • Perkbox Subscription
  • Health & Dental Cashback scheme
  • Excellent career progression opportunities
  • Access to our ‘Network of Excellence’ – learn from the best in advanced veterinary care
  • 5.6 weeks of annual leave

If you're ready to join a team where your skills are respected and your passion for feline care is shared, we’d love to hear from you.
