Bond Turner Limited is recruiting Personal Injury Solicitors to join our Complex Injury Cycling team in Liverpool. This role suits an experienced PI litigator or a newly qualified solicitor looking to develop specialist expertise in a fast-growing niche of law.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in cycling and road justice.
• Experience in personal injury litigation or transfer to niche cycling law.
• NQ-3 years PQE welcomed or experienced PI fee earners.

• Ability to manage a busy caseload in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of cycling-related PI claims, RTC-focused.
• Progress files from instruction to settlement with high accuracy and client service.
• Assess liability and quantum, gather evidence, and prepare documentation.
• Liaise with clients, insurers, medical experts and third parties.
• Collaborate with senior team on complex/high-value matters.
• Maintain excellent file management and professional standards.

Job description

You will join an established, supportive team with strong technical knowledge and a reputation for excellence. The work is varied, interesting and often complex, with a clear focus on representing cyclists and other vulnerable road users involved in road traffic collisions.

You'll manage your own caseload, develop specialist knowledge, and contribute to a team that is recognised for its commitment to road justice and client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of cycling-related personal injury claims, primarily RTC-focused.
• Progress files from instruction through to settlement, ensuring high standards of accuracy nd client service.
• Assess liability and quantum, gather evidence, and prepare clear, well-structured documentation.
• Liaise with clients, insurers, medical experts and third parties to move cases forward efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with senior team members on more complex or high-value matters.
• Maintain excellent file management, compliance and professional standards.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in cycling, road justice and supporting vulnerable road users.
• Experience in personal injury litigation, or transferable legal experience with a strong interest in developing expertise in this niche.
• NQ-3 years' PQE welcomed, as well as experienced PI fee earners.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work effectively within a team environment.
