Job summary

Bond Turner Limited is recruiting Personal Injury Solicitors to join our Complex Injury Cycling team in Liverpool. This role suits an experienced PI litigator or a newly qualified solicitor looking to develop specialist expertise in a fast-growing niche of law.

Qualifications

Genuine interest in cycling and road justice.
Experience in personal injury litigation or transfer to niche cycling law.
NQ-3 years PQE welcomed or experienced PI fee earners.
Strong communication and client-focused approach.
Ability to manage a busy caseload in a team.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of cycling-related PI claims, RTC-focused.
Progress files from instruction to settlement with high accuracy and client service.
Assess liability and quantum, gather evidence, and prepare documentation.
Liaise with clients, insurers, medical experts and third parties.
Collaborate with senior team on complex/high-value matters.
Maintain excellent file management and professional standards.
