The Role

As a Fire Alarm Service Engineer, you'll play a key role in maintaining and servicing life safety systems. This is a local role, meaning you'll work within Coventry and the surrounding area, providing outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing and maintenance of addressable and conventional fire detection, nurse call, emergency lighting, and associated life safety systems.
  • Preventive and reactive maintenance visits to customer’s premises in Coventry and the surrounding area.
  • Working to British Standards and ensuring our customers receive the excellent service that they deserve.
  • Support out of hours commitments with the on-call rota.

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for a motivated and skilled engineer who takes pride in their work and enjoys providing exceptional service. About you:

  • Previous experience maintaining life & property protection systems.
  • Ability to provide resolute support to the Service Delivery Team and Fixfire customers.
  • Be self-motivated and carry out your duties with skill and efficiency.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Experience with Door Access Control, Intruder Alarms & CCTV systems would be advantageous but not a necessity.

This position requires a full CRB check/enhanced security screening.
