Job Responsibilities:

• Providing leadership, technical direction and oversight to a team delivering technology solutions.
• Oversight of the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex computer programs.
• Aligning technical solutions to business objectives.
• Ensuring that coding practices/quality comply with software development standards.
• Conducting multiple software implementations and applying depth and breadth in knowledge of several technical competencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing, enhancing, debugging, supporting, maintaining and testing software applications.
• Working with application program solutions that involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools.
• Participating in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, using new technologies.
• Providing technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives.
• Collaborating with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software applications.
• Coding multithreaded programs and resource scheduling software in C#.
• Developing frontend applications and frameworks utilizing Html5, Ajax, JQuery, Angular, Handlebar, JavaScript, CSS, SCSS, and Less.
• Conducting memory and performance profiling of applications, performing code optimization and performance enhancements.
• Creating performant SQL Server databases that perform under high load.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in job related field, plus 5 years experience or a Masters Degree.
• Team Building and Project Management experience.
• Stakeholder communication skills.
• Cloud Application Development using AWS/Azure/Containers.
• Proficient in designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure.
• Expertise in building microservices and deploying workloads via CICD.
• Expert in application architecture, system performance optimization and solving complex problems.
• Experience with .NET, Java, Redis.
• Leading agile/scrum development teams.
