About the College/Department

The Health and Social Team currently deliver Level 2 and Level 3 BTEC and T-level qualifications, and are looking forward to the future with new qualifications on the horizon, allowing us to reach out and engage with more students in an ever growing priority industry sector.

About the Role

We are a small team looking to recruit a new member to join us and deliver highly impactful teaching across the provision. You will be part of the team responsible for developing high quality teaching resources as new qualifications are introduced, along with looking at ways to further grow the department using outreach activities.

This is a rapidly growing industry where the demand for skilled professionals is rising each year. This is the perfect opportunity to inspire and teach the next generation, sharing your expertise and commitment to help learners gain the qualifications and skills that are highly sought after by employers.

This role is part time, 0.8 FTE (29.6 hours per week).

Anticipated interview date: Friday 29th August 2025

About You

We are seeking an experienced educator with a proven ability to engage learners and deliver high-quality teaching or training to the post-16 age group. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering provision aligned with national benchmarks, detailed knowledge of subject-specific qualifications, and an understanding of appropriate progression routes to support learner development and success.
