Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (Further Education) in Crawley to support students with additional learning needs. You will help learners access education, develop independence, and achieve their academic and personal goals within a supportive college setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group learning support to students with additional learning needs.
• Support learners during classroom sessions, workshops, and practical activities.
• Encourage independence, confidence, and active participation in learning.
• Work collaboratively with lecturers and support staff to implement individual support strategies.
• Adapt learning resources to meet individual learner needs.
• Assist students with organisation, study skills, note-taking, and assignment completion.
• Record learner progress and contribute to support reviews.
• Promote equality, diversity, inclusion, and student wellbeing.
• Comply with safeguarding, health and safety, and college policies.
