Henry Blue Ltd. is seeking an experienced Compliance & Funding Manager to lead funding compliance and ILR data quality within a busy FE MIS environment. The role focuses on ESFA guidance, regulatory reporting and audit readiness, supporting senior stakeholders with accurate data and timely decisions.

The post involves hands-on management of funding processes, data integrity, and cross-team collaboration to maintain compliance and improve funding outcomes in a dynamic FE college setting.

Qualifications

• Significant FE sector experience including apprenticeships or adult skills.
• Strong knowledge of ESFA funding regulations and ILR requirements.
• Proven experience in funding compliance, audit prep and data quality management.
• Excellent learner record systems / MIS understanding and Excel analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a busy environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead funding compliance activities across the College's provision.
• Ensure learner records are accurate, complete and compliant with funding regulations.
• Oversee ILR data quality, validation and funding assurance processes.
• Support preparation and coordination of external audits and funding reviews.
• Identify compliance risks, implement corrective actions and monitor outcomes.
• Produce funding, compliance and data quality reports for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with curriculum, finance, student services and MIS teams.
• Interpret ESFA funding guidance and regulatory requirements.
• Support learner data audits, funding reconciliations and assurance activities.
• Provide guidance to managers on funding compliance and data quality.
