Purpose of Role

We are recruiting an experienced Facilities Manager to lead our maintenance service and small projects across a multi-site defence contract in London.

Job Responsibilities

The Facilities Manager will ensure seamless customer service while managing maintenance services covering Electrical, Fabric, Plumbing, Mechanical / AC streams to ensure effective operational delivery. This role involves managing subcontractors and internal staff, overseeing site compliance, and developing strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and previous experience in facilities or service-driven contracts.

Essential Qualifications/Skills
  • Experience managing an engineering team
  • Experience managing client expectations
  • Experience managing small projects up to £100k
  • Proven ability to deliver against KPIs and work with SLAs
  • Good knowledge of CDM, Health & Safety, and Compliance (SFG20) legislation
  • Excellent partnering, collaboration, engagement, influencing, and communication skills
  • SMSTS & IOSH Tech certifications
