Job summary

Ferrero seeks a Finance Director to own financial strategy, planning, and control across two sites, guiding the business through growth, Europe expansion, and a changing commodity environment. • Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility of £200m+.
• Experience managing finance across multiple sites/geographies.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Experience of ERP implementation or transformation programmes.
• Exposure to private equity or listed company environments; European market experience.

• Drive working capital optimisation and cash flow management across the supply chain.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and institutional investors.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a finance team of 35 across two sites.
• Ensure robust financial controls and full regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Finance Director to join our senior leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take full ownership of XYZ Inc's financial strategy, planning, and control environment. This is a pivotal role at a critical stage of our growth, as we invest in manufacturing capacity, pursue European expansion, and navigate an increasingly complex commodity and cost environment.
