FD (Family Office)

Your new company
The Family Office of an UHNW family with 2nd Generation wealth. The organisation is currently in growth phase and has a newly created role to set up a function looking after circa £1bn in AUM. This role will report to the CFO of the pre-existing office, but will likely split off to be an independent office.

Your new role
Coming into a new function, the initial role will involve a lot of process set up, including tax structuring, and in the longer term will involve building a team. As is traditional with Family Offices, the role will be very hands on, so it will be best suited to an experienced professional who would be comfortable owning a function top to bottom.

Duties

• Full ownership of reporting for the asset portfolio
• Tax structuring of newly set-up business unit
• Working directly with the Principal and Gen2
• Management of outsourced Tax, Legal and bookkeeping services

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a proven Senior Finance professional from a Chartered Accounting background (ICAEW, ICAS) with industry experience setting up functions and owning reporting in a hands-on manner.
