Responsibilities

About You

This role will manage the end to ends Bids/RFP\'s process for the brand globally, working as part of the sales team across all locations. The Bid & Content Manager will maintain and expand a database of pre-written content to improve proposal quality and proposal/sales team productivity, taking responsibility for defining and optimising the database structure and record management system ensuring ease of access and data integrity and overall producing winning bids within deadlines.

Qualifications
  • At least 3+ years in a similar role
  • RFPIO or similar experienced
  • Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
  • Time management
  • Strong analytical skills

  • Industry experience in tourism, travel, events and meetings
  • Knowledge of RFP systems - Ariba / Coupa / Bravo
  • Responsive and Highspot navigation and functionality
