Job summary

British Red Cross is seeking a Programme Officer to lead coordination and grant management for FCDO-funded work. You will monitor progress, prepare reports, and liaise with FCDO, Movement partners and internal teams to ensure impact is clearly communicated.

As responsibilities grow, you will help develop the portfolio, support due diligence, and assist with governance and administrative tasks to ensure strategic priorities are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in donor-funded programmes and partnership work.
• Ability to produce progress reports and communicate impact clearly.
• Experience coordinating with Movement partners and donors.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of core funding from FCDO, monitoring and reporting progress.
• Coordinate across teams, Movement partners and FCDO to meet requirements and communicate impact.
• Support broader FCDO-funded portfolio and due diligence processes over time.
• Provide administrative support and assist with meetings and planning within the team.
