You will be responsible for leading one of the core GFCD QA programme departments—developing methodologies that set the benchmark for quality assurance across multiple disciplines such as ABC, AML, KYC, and Sanctions. Your day-to-day work will involve close collaboration with regional teams around the world as you oversee the implementation of global standards. You will prepare governance materials for senior management meetings; provide expert advice on complex compliance matters; deliver training; monitor progress against objectives; escalate risks when necessary; and contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen internal controls. Success in this role means not only ensuring regulatory requirements are met but also nurturing a culture of collaboration where knowledge is shared freely among colleagues.
