Risk Management The Risk Management function is responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring and managing risk across MUFG's international business. Working in partnership with business and support functions, the team helps ensure that risk is managed within the bank's risk appetite while supporting sustainable business growth. What to Expect The Risk Analyst Programme provides broad exposure across the Risk function through up to three rotations in different risk disciplines. Analysts gain hands-on experience while developing a well-rounded understanding of how the bank identifies, assesses, monitors and manages risk. Rotations may include areas such as Credit Risk, Market & Liquidity Risk, Operational Risk Management and Enterprise Risk Management. Throughout the programme, analysts will work closely with experienced professionals, building technical expertise, commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
