Our client, a leading player in the Marine and Oil & Gas sector, is seeking experienced FCAW Welders to join their team. You will be involved in various projects within a large fabrication unit.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) to meet quality and production requirements.
  2. Read and interpret technical drawings and welding procedures.
  3. Ensure proper usage and maintenance of welding equipment.
  4. Conduct visual inspections to ensure weld quality.
Job Requirements
  • Significant experience as a Welder, FCAW.
  • Must hold relevant 6G FCAW in-date private codings.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

This is a contract position with an initial duration of 6 months, with a likelihood of extension to 1 year or more.

You will be guaranteed 60 hours per week and receive a competitive pay rate for all hours worked (through Umbrella/CIS).

In addition, you will receive a £45 per night accommodation allowance and a £200 per month travel allowance.
