Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Manage a personal caseload of regulated and unregulated complaints from receipt to resolution.
• Draft clear complaint responses including Final Response Letters per FCA DISP and internal policies.
• Escalate significant risks to the Regulated Complaints & FOS Manager and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate complaint records and regulatory reporting.
