Job summary

Jefferson Tiley is seeking a Regulatory Engagement Manager to lead and coordinate the organisation's relationship with the FCA and PRA within a highly regulated insurance environment. You will act as the central point of coordination for regulatory engagement across the business, working with senior leaders to ensure prepared, consistent and well-governed interactions.

You will drive meetings, oversee regulatory submissions, and provide practical insight on evolving regulatory expectations,

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in regulatory engagement, compliance, risk, or governance within financial services.
• Hands-on experience with regulatory interaction, not just theoretical knowledge.
• Experience engaging with FCA, PRA or other regulators.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage competing regulatory commitments.

Responsibilities

• Leading coordination of FCA and PRA meetings, supervisory reviews and wider regulatory interactions.
• Managing regulatory requests and submissions, ensuring responses are accurate, timely and evidenced.
• Preparing senior executives for regulatory meetings, including briefings and rehearsals.
• Maintaining oversight of regulatory commitments, actions, deadlines and evidence of completion.
• Providing constructive challenge to stakeholders and ensuring a single version of the truth in regulatory communications.
• Monitoring FCA/PRA regulatory developments and supervisory priorities.
• Providing practical insight on emerging regulatory expectations.
• Working collaboratively across Compliance, Risk, Legal, Company Secretariat and business teams to strengthen the regulatory engagement framework.
