Are you a personal injury professional who thrives on helping people in their time of need? We’re looking for a Fatal Injury Fee Earner to join a specialist serious injury team based in Salford, where you’ll make a real impact by supporting families affected by life-changing events.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a values-driven, people-first environment where empathy, expertise, and support go hand-in-hand. You’ll handle your own modest caseload under close supervision and assist senior lawyers on complex matters, all while developing your skills in a nurturing and progressive setting.

Who we’re looking for

  • A highly organised and empathetic individual with strong attention to detail
  • Experience or interest in serious injury or fatal accident work
  • Strong understanding of personal injury law and procedures
  • Excellent research, negotiation, and client communication skills
  • Familiarity with GDPR and AML best practices
  • Full UK driving license (preferred)
