Your new company
Our client is a well-regarded claimant law firm with offices across the North of England. They are currently recruiting for a fast-track personal injury lawyer to join their Liverpool office on a hybrid working basis.
Your new role
This Fast-Track Personal Injury Lawyer position involves handling a full caseload of litigated and non-litigated personal injury files valued up to £25,000. Claims will typically include OIC and MOJ RTA claims; however, EL/PL claims may also be assigned when appropriate.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive. Those qualified through experience will also be considered. You must have substantial experience managing your own personal injury claims, preferably in a claimant setting. Experience with the MOJ and OIC portal is essential. Applicants should be familiar with the Intermediate Track Fixed Fee regime introduced in October 2023 and possess a strong working knowledge of the CPR.
