About the role…
We’re recruiting Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACP) from a variety of professional backgrounds including nurses, pharmacists, and paramedics. If you’re experienced, with a Master’s level award or equivalent and keen to take on an expanded role within Primary Care, we would welcome your application.
As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner within our Urgent Treatment Centres, you will support existing clinical care to enhance the capacity and capability within our multi-professional teams.
You will be responsible for the assessment of health and clinical needs of our patients, undertaking consultations as an autonomous practitioner, using your advanced clinical practice skills and clinical judgement to diagnose, treat, refer, or discharge patients. This role will be face-to-face, supported by a variable rota covering weekdays, evenings, overnight, weekends, and bank holidays.
