U-Drive Ltd. is offering a Management Programme designed to fast-track your leadership development in vehicle rental.

You'll learn all aspects of running a branch, supporting a customer-facing team, and handling bookings, fleet logistics, and daily operations from day one. This role provides real responsibility, ongoing coaching, and a clear progression pathway to a full Branch Manager role within a supportive, family-owned business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in fast-paced, customer-facing settings.
• Ability to interact with customers and colleagues at all levels.
• Ambition to build a long-term management career.
• Proactive, energetic attitude with sales focus is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Learning all aspects of running a successful vehicle rental branch.
• Supporting and leading a small customer-facing team.
• Managing daily branch operations and customer service delivery.
• Handling bookings, rental agreements and vehicle logistics.
• Monitoring vehicle availability, fleet condition and turnaround times.
• Building long-term customer relationships and identifying new business leads.
• Driving sales and promoting additional products and services.
• Delivering exceptional face-to-face customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Developing understanding of branch performance, profitability and commercial decision-making.
• Taking on increasing levels of responsibility as part of management development.
