Job description

iPeople SC Solutions is currently recruiting for FAST Social Worker to work for our client based in Lincoln, Lincolnshire.

FAST Team – Children’s Social Worker – South Lincolnshire

£35 per hour

Experienced social worker needed to join North Kesteven FAST.

This is based in North Hykeham on the South side of Lincoln.

We cover Sleaford, south Lincoln and the rural area in between.

A mix of home and office working.

  • Provide a high-quality social work services for children in line with departmental policies and procedures.
  • You will be the first point of contact from referral for vulnerable children, young people and their families.
  • You will be responsible for establishing the needs of the child and the appropriate assessment that needs to be actioned.
  • You will undertake assessments with the child, their parents or carers and other agencies in order to determine the most appropriate action.
