Job summary

Lidl is hiring a Warehouse Operative to help ensure our stores receive the right stock when needed. You’ll work through orders independently, picking and packing products, and supporting team tasks to keep shelves stocked.

You’ll earn £13.45–£14.45 per hour on a 37.5 hour contract with additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights, plus a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Be a multitasker, listening to picking instructions and carrying them out swiftly.
• Pack a variety of products including meat, fruit, frozen and chilled items (premium payments apply).
• Make sure deliveries are stacked securely and report any damaged items to your manager.
