Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Warehouse Operative to ensure our stores receive the right stock on time. You’ll pick products, assist with stock checks and complete orders independently to keep shelves full and customers served.

The role offers hourly pay between £13.80 and £14.45, a 40 hour contract, 30-35 days pro rata holiday, and benefits including a 10% in-store discount, pension scheme, enhanced family leave and gym discount.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail when working quickly.
• Self-motivated to work hard and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Be a multitasker, following picking instructions quickly.
• Pack a variety of products, including perishable items, with premium payments for freezer work.
• Ensure deliveries are stacked and secure.
• Report any damaged items to your manager.
• Work through your orders independently.
