Job summary

Internetwork Expert is seeking reliable Warehouse Operatives for our Middlesbrough warehouse. The role supports picking, replenishment, stock movement and dispatch of a varied product range. It is a three-month initial contract with potential permanency based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities include accurate order picking, stock organisation, loading/unloading, and reporting discrepancies. Experience in a fast-paced environment and good health & safety practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution or similar operational experience.
• Experience in picking, replenishment, stock movement or dispatch.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and product quality.
• Knowledge of warehouse Health & Safety practices.
• Reliable, proactive team player.
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying bulky items up to 25kg.
• WMS/RF scanners experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Replenish locations and move, locate and organise stock.
• Consolidate orders and prepare goods for dispatch.
• Load, unload and move products safely where required.
• Check stock for correct SKU, quantity, condition and quality.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies and hazards.
• Maintain high 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Work flexibly across warehouse functions as required.
