Job summary

Angard Staffing is seeking flexible Mail Sorters to support Royal Mail operations in Birmingham. You will unload mail and parcels, sort by postcode, and move items through the warehouse, with shifts from 4 to 12 hours across days, evenings and weekends.

No previous experience is required as training is provided; you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tasks while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or sorting work is a plus.
• No previous experience needed - training provided.

Responsibilities

• Unloading mail and parcels.
• Sorting items by postcode and moving them through the warehouse.
• Meeting tight deadlines; some teams sort over a million items in a single shift.
• Handle election materials and items such as food products or alcohol in line with Royal Mail standards.
