As part of our Food and Beverage Team, you will…

1. Lead & coach the team on shift to ensure all areas of responsibility are met by the Team
2. Escalate issues to the Brand Manager when required
3. Induct & support new starters through 90-day induction, and completion of core departmental training
4. Take a hands-on approach to restaurant duties and greeting our customers
5. Work with the Team to help keep our kitchens & dining areas clean & safe - Always promoting Health & Safety first!
6. Carry out the same day-to-day duties as our Team Members, stepping up as a Shift Leader and deputising in the absence of the Brand Manager

Pay Rates: £16 to £17 from, £18 to £20 from, £21+ from per hour, with an additional £1 per hour when leading a shift

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast food, restaurant or hospitality environment
• Previous experience working as a shift leader
• Ability to lead and coach the team
