Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services in Harrogate, TN is seeking a FAST FOOD SHIFT LEAD for a full-time role with days and nights varying. Location: 6965 Cumberland Gap Parkway, Harrogate, TN 37752, on the Lincoln Memorial University campus. Pay ranges from $13.00 to $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service with a focus on detail.
• Oversee preparation and service of food and beverages to meet sanitation, safety, HACCP and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist in menu planning and coordinate schedules.
• Ensure timely, efficient meal service and supervise meal serving.
• Respond to customer complaints in person or via email.
• Train employees, assign duties, coordinate schedules, and promote efficiency.
• Determine work procedures, create schedules, and smooth workflow.
• Develop and enforce sanitation schedules for kitchen and dining areas and equipment.
• Contribute to the team and exhibit professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and service of food and beverage items to meet company standards for presentation, sanitation, safety, HACCP and OSHA guidelines, and portion control.
• Assist in menu planning.

• Train employees, assign duties, coordinate schedules, and promote efficiency and excellence.
• Determine work procedures, create schedules, and smooth workflow.
