Join our dynamic e-commerce photography team as a Fashion Stylist, where you'll collaborate closely with our in-house creative studio team to craft visually stunning model, still life photography and video assets. Your expertise will help bring our products to life, ensuring they shine across all N Brown brands and channels.

In this role, you'll play an integral part in producing aspirational, on-brand content that resonates with our audience, all within a fast-paced, high-energy studio environment. Working alongside our Brand, Creative, Product, and Marketing teams, you'll help elevate our brand story and create impactful assets that captivate and inspire.

The Role

  1. Maintain current knowledge of the competitive landscape and fashion trends, and contribute to the future development of model & still life assets.
  2. Responsible for styling models on set to the agreed style guides, whilst adhering to high productivity requirements.
  3. Responsible for still life styling including mannequin, hanger, flat lay, table top and creative sets.
  4. Execute processes efficiently, maintaining and ensuring all daily volumes, deadlines and deliverables are met.
  5. Resolve creative challenges with reference to appropriate resources and stakeholders.
  6. Contribute to the development of creative style guidelines driving both fashion credibility and consistency.
  7. Ensure styling consumables and equipment are maintained and replenished.
  8. Maintain a tidy and organised work environment throughout the day.
  9. Accountable for the receipt, preparation, and return of samples, in union with the in-house sample team.

What we are looking for

  1. Comprehensive knowledge of womens and mens fashion with reference to the competitive landscape and marketplace.
  2. Minimum 2 years experience in a fashion ecom studio environment.
  3. Sound knowledge of styling tools and techniques with extensive knowledge of styling and photographic trends.
  4. A meticulous eye for detail.
  5. Problem solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
  6. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines.
  7. Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the styling proposition.
  8. Positive & flexible attitude.
  9. Ability to take creative direction.
  10. Excellent people engagement and communication skills.
  11. Supports development of others by sharing experience and expertise.
  12. A willingness to support new technologies and business process change.
  13. Skilled in PC and Microsoft Office.

Ways of Working

  • We offer hybrid working which varies across the business depending on the role you’re in. Our Head Office is located in the Northern Quarter in Manchester City Centre. So if you are travelling by train, tram or bus, we’re perfectly located, plus we’re surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants.
  • Our full-time working hours are 36.17 per week over 5 days. We don’t have strict working hours, so there is some flexibility around start and finish times as long as you meet the needs of the business.
