Job summary

Footasylum Meadowhall Store is seeking a Full-Time Store Supervisor to lead the sales team, drive service standards and help maximise sales. You will work with an established team in a dynamic retail environment, ensuring excellent customer experience and adherence to company practices.

You will be supported with training and development, and will have opportunities to progress as the business grows. Regular reviews and guidance will be provided.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a passion for fashion retail.
• Ideal experience in fashion retail is preferred.
• Experience in managing and motivating a team of sales assistants.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Organised with a customer-focused attitude.
