Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation in London seeks an Allocator to manage initial and replenishment stock allocations to stores while supporting the Planning team with reports and sales analysis.

You will work with cross-functional partners to implement distribution and trading strategies, monitor inventory, and ensure timely store openings. Proficiency with retail systems and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail allocation or planning is preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce packs for Monday trade meetings with weekly sales and promotional data.
• Attend key meetings to review season performance and forward strategies.
• Formulate and implement strategies to drive sales and optimise stock.
• Allocate stock to stores to meet sales, gross profit and inventory goals.
• Monitor DC and store inventory, maximise sell-through and turn.
• Execute initial distributions and in-season replenishment to stores.
• Communicate promotional and markdown changes to stores and teams.
