Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team (Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader or Keyholder).
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet KPI targets.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Knowledge of store operations and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in leading and developing the team.
• Drive sales, customer service and KPI performance.
• Coach and develop team members to reach potential.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Cover Store Manager in their absence.
• Assist with stock management and daily store tasks.
• Lead by example to foster a positive team culture.
