Zachary Daniels is recruiting an Assistant Manager to join a successful fashion retailer in Whitely. You'll support the Store Manager, lead a team and drive performance while delivering an excellent customer experience.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in fashion retail or similar, and the ability to coach, develop staff, manage stock and operations. In return, you’ll enjoy a salary up to £30,000, a bonus, staff discount and genuine opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Experienced retail leader with a background in fashion or lifestyle retail.
• Previous roles as Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Store Manager.
• Able to drive sales, KPI performance and customer experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the team while driving store performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and maintain standards.
• Manage stock and day-to-day operations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and colleague development.
• Represent the Store Manager in their absence.
