We are seeking a proactive and strategic fashion Partnerships & Biz Development to join our Partnerships & Biz Development team. You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with potential and existing partners, executing partnership initiatives aligned with company goals, and conducting research for new opportunities. This role reports to the Head of Partnerships & Biz Development.

Responsibilities

1. Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with potential and existing partners.
2. Onboard new clients and ensure an excellent VIP experience with clients.
3. Create and manage a detailed CRM database of customer contacts.
4. Assist in developing and executing partnerships strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure execution of partnership initiatives.
6. Communicate with potential and existing partners, providing updates and addressing concerns.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve our product and the quality of our try-on technology.
8. Assist in integrating and maintaining assets within our simulated retail website utilized for try-on testing purposes.
9. Conduct research to identify potential new partners and opportunities.
10. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, fashion, or a related field.
2. 5 years of experience in partnerships or business development.
3. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
6. Adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
8. Passion for fashion and AI.
