Job summary

NAMED COLLECTIVE is a London-born fashion brand seeking a proactive design assistant to support the Design and Product teams through the development of new collections. You will help translate concepts into production-ready designs, research emerging trends, and craft mood boards that inspire upcoming seasons.

You will assist with sample management, fittings, fabric and trim sourcing, and the preparation of design packs, CADs, and product specifications, while keeping design documentation well

Qualifications

• Qualification in Fashion Design or related field preferred.
• Interest in fashion trends, fabrics, silhouettes and design process.
• Ability to create mood boards, CADs and design presentations.
• Experience supporting design teams through product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support the Design and Product teams with development of new products and collections from concepts to production.
• Research trends, colours, fabrics and silhouettes; create mood boards and visual references.
• Assist with sample management, fittings, fabric & trim sourcing, and design packs.
• Maintain accurate product information, sample trackers and design documentation.
• Collaborate with Design and Product teams on day-to-day activities and projects.
