Were a future-facing, trend-driven team dedicated to creating powerful editorial content that connects with our stylish audience - and now, were looking for a Fashion Commerce Editor to join our central Content Commerce team. This hybrid role, based three days a week in our London office, is a unique opportunity to directly influence our audience and drive brand success through data-led, trend-savvy shopping content.

The Focus Of The Role

As Fashion Commerce Editor, you'll act as the key liaison between Grazia's editorial and commercial content teams, responsible for driving affiliate growth across digital platforms and social media. Your role is pivotal in shaping high-performing shopping content, from identifying viral hero pieces in M&S drops to spotlighting investment-worthy designer items. Youll craft stories that engage Grazias fashion-forward audience, blending editorial excellence with best-in-class commerce strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Fashion Affiliate Strategy

  • Edit, optimise, and publish all affiliate-led fashion content from editorial and central CoCo teams
  • Ensure best practice across all shopping content while maintaining Grazias tone and visual identity
  • Review headlines and imagery for maximum engagement and SEO/social optimisation
  • React swiftly to trends and breaking news using industry contacts and insight
  • Present weekly fashion lists and report on content plans at editorial conferences
  • Pitch, write, and commission trend-led shopping pieces that drive traffic and affiliate revenue
  • Manage the team shopping calendar and flag key collaborations, drops and launches
  • Lead content planning around peak opportunities (e.g. Prime Day, Christmas gift guides)

Commercial Collaboration

  • Support editorial and commercial teams by communicating affiliate deal opportunities
  • Pitch and edit branded campaigns while upholding content excellence

Additional Duties

  • Represent Bauers brands at relevant industry events
  • Contribute to the fashion team calendar to strengthen affiliate relationships
  • Collaborate across other Bauer brands when required

What Youll Bring

  • Proven experience in fashion content commerce, at an Editor level
  • Proven record as a digital fashion journalist and affiliate revenue driver
  • Ability to identify highly clickable fashion stories and interpret trends
  • Competency in GA, Search Console, Skimlinks, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Deep knowledge of SEO and affiliate best practices
  • Platform expertise across Apple News, Google Discover, Instagram, TikTok
  • Skills in Canva or similar image editing software
  • Experience using a CMS
  • Strong grasp of affiliate marketing, online shopping trends, and audience behaviour
