Confidential is seeking a passionate Buying Admin Assistant to join our fashion buying team in Manchester. You will support admin tasks, manage samples, chase orders, and help analyze market trends to keep our product range competitive.

You will organise samples for shoots, attend fit sessions, assist in developments, and help compile trade packs while maintaining strong supplier relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Organised and proactive team player with fashion sense.
• Fashion degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen eye for trends.

Responsabilités

• Chase outstanding orders and ensure samples are received on time.
• Manage late intake and report in OPO meetings.
• Organise and distribute samples efficiently.
• Ensure samples are ready for ecom shoots and prepare shoot sheets.
• Attend category fit sessions and take notes.
• Support developments and feedback to suppliers.
• Assist in pulling trade packs and market reconnaissance like Top 20.
• Amend product images after the bestsellers review.
