Job summary

Tagged Resources Ltd is recruiting a Buying Admin Assistant for an online fashion brand in Manchester. You will support the buying team with all admin tasks, manage samples, chase orders, and help analyse market trends to keep product offers competitive.

You will handle sample management, order chasing, ecom shoots preparation, fits meetings, and developments with suppliers, while maintaining strong communication and organisational skills in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• Organised, proactive individual with a love for fashion.
• Fashion-related degree or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen eye for trends and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Order chasing: chase outstanding orders and ensure samples are received on time.
• Sample management: organise, open timely, and distribute samples; pull samples as needed.
• Ecom shoots: ensure samples are ready for shoots; prepare shoot sheets.
