A popular and on-trend fashion retailer is looking for a Buyer to join their growing retail team and drive product selection/range. This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

You'll be at the forefront of product curation – identifying emerging trends, sourcing standout pieces, and negotiating with suppliers to ensure that stores feature must-have collections that excite customers and meet business goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Research fashion trends, customer preferences, and market data to inform buying decisions
• Source and select on-brand, high-performing products across categories
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and brands
• Negotiate pricing, margins, and delivery terms
• Manage stock levels, sell-through rates, and seasonal planning
• Collaborate with merchandising, design, and marketing teams to bring collections to life
• Analyze performance and adjust strategies to maximize profitability

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Buyer or Assistant Buyer in fashion retail
• Strong commercial acumen and trend forecasting ability
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
