Are you fluent in Farsi and passionate about supporting children in their educational journey? We are currently recruiting Farsi-speaking Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools, supporting students with English as an Additional Language (EAL) and helping them integrate confidently into the classroom environment.
Provide one-to-one or small group support for Farsi-speaking pupils
Assist with translating and interpreting between Farsi and English to support understanding
Help pupils access the curriculum and develop their language skills
Work closely with class teachers and SEN/EAL teams to tailor support
Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
Fluency in Farsi and a good command of spoken and written English
Previous experience working in a school or with children is desirable but not essential
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting young learners
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
