Job Opportunity: Farsi-Speaking Teaching Assistants Needed

Are you fluent in Farsi and passionate about supporting children in their educational journey? We are currently recruiting Farsi-speaking Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools, supporting students with English as an Additional Language (EAL) and helping them integrate confidently into the classroom environment.

• Provide one-to-one or small group support for Farsi-speaking pupils

• Assist with translating and interpreting between Farsi and English to support understanding

• Help pupils access the curriculum and develop their language skills

• Work closely with class teachers and SEN/EAL teams to tailor support

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment

• Fluency in Farsi and a good command of spoken and written English

• Previous experience working in a school or with children is desirable but not essential

• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting young learners

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
