Haddington Estates, one of the leading agricultural estates in the Scottish Borders, is seeking an experienced farms manager to oversee a 753 ha lowground farming enterprise at Mellerstain, home to Lord & Lady Haddington. Haddington Farms is the estate's in-hand farming business, comprising 542 ha of arable land and 211 ha of grassland.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage a successful farming business and to generate new income streams and operational efficiencies through diversification and expansion.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of outstanding performance in crop management and demonstrate a commitment to and ability in soil management and sustainability best practices. They will hold a relevant agricultural qualification and possess excellent organization and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be driven, energetic, hands-on, and detail-oriented.
