Albert Goodman in Taunton is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager/Senior Manager to lead Farms & Estates work. You will manage client portfolios, deliver strategic financial advice, and drive service quality across the team.

The role offers leadership opportunities, business development, and involvement in strategic growth for farming and landed estates clients. ACA/ACCA qualified or by experience preferred.

Formación

• ACA or ACCA qualification required; or qualified by experience.
• Experience as Manager or Senior Manager in practice with rural or estates work.
• Strong communication, leadership and client service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop a portfolio of Farms & Estates clients as their trusted adviser.
• Review and oversee statutory accounts, management accounts and related compliance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
• Provide commercially focused advice on business performance, profitability, succession planning and growth.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members, providing guidance and performance support.
• Contribute to operational planning and growth of the Farms & Estates department.
