Job summary

Shropshire Council seeks a Farming & Nature Hub Coordinator to help develop and pilot the Farming and Nature Hub for the Shropshire Hills National Landscape. The initial development phase lasts 18 months with potential extension into an 8-year delivery from 2029.

You will coordinate stakeholders, plan events and workshops, and promote the hub through websites and social media, building trusted relationships with farmers and land managers to support regenerative farming and nature recovery.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building with farmers and land managers.
• Experience planning and delivering events, visits and workshops for diverse partners.
• Experience in communications and promotion, including websites and social media.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and piloting of the Farming and Nature Hub for the Shropshire Hills National Landscape.
