Job summary

The Summer Berry Company in Chichester is seeking multiple helpers for soft fruit harvesting, husbandry and packing. No prior experience is required and training will be provided, with duties split between outdoor fields and potential packhouse work.

Hours are typically 8 hours per day, around 48 hours per week across 5-6 days, with competitive pay and a friendly, fast-paced team environment. Opportunities to return next year are also possible.

The Summer Berry Company in Chichester is looking for a number of people to help with our soft fruit harvesting, husbandry jobs and soft fruit packing.

Every berry that we grow has to be looked after & then carefully picked and packed to ensure it reaches to our customers in perfect condition. Can you help?

If you enjoy working outdoors or in the Packhouse and want to join our friendly, fast-paced team, then we would love to hear from you!

Here are the details:

• Hours: can vary but mostly 8 hours per day and 48 hours per week (5-6 days work)
